About us: Starting Over Support/People Who Care is a community service initiative that provides support to vulnerable families as they leave crisis accommodation and assists them to make their new house a home.

People Who Care is a volunteer-based not for profit organisation that has been serving the community for over 40 years. We operate across Perth and Mandurah, offering services and support for those who are frail aged, living with disability or recovering from hardship.
