- Preparation of vegetables for cooking.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic workplace.
- Operation of kitchen appliances at the direction of Operations Manager
- Serving of main meals at counter.
- Cleaning and packing away of food after completion.
- Operating dishwasher in accordance with instructions.
- Disposal of scraps and rubbish at end of day.
- Collection of plates and cutlery from dining space
