The program

The Mackay Wellbeing Centre is an accommodation service located on the grounds of Mackay Hospital. It has 6 rooms and 16 beds and allows easy access for people undergoing treatment. The Centre utilises a volunteer-based model whereby volunteers undertake all tasks associated with the operations of the Centre such as providing support to guests when needed and maintaining the facilities.

The opportunity

This position suits someone over the age of 18 years, who has a friendly and caring disposition and a level of fitness to complete manual cleaning tasks.

In this position at the Mackay Wellbeing Centre, you will be part of a team focused on creating a positive experience for guests and their families.
