Marcus Mission - blokes supporting blokes

Marcus Mission is all about men supporting men in Queensland. The Marcus Mission Mentor Network helps men build skills and confidence to help their mates and their community. The Mentor Network helps to strengthen communities and reduce the risk of suicide.

As an integral part of the Marcus Mission program, our Mentor Network provides support to build the skills, knowledge, and connections of men as well as their families, friends, and communities.

Our Mentor Network are everyday blokes who are role models and guides. Some have life experiences such as relationship challenges, periods of health or financial stress, mental health concerns, or suicidal experiences, but are now in a good place and available to support other men. They are dependable and consistent, helping others in the Marcus Mission Network to reach their potential through compassion, mateship, and understanding.

Our Mentor Network meets face to face for a bite to eat and a workshop generally geared towards resilience concepts each month. As part of the Mentor Network, you will be provided with the opportunity to develop your skills and confidence to help your mates and your community.
