• Responsible for selling tickets and transportation. • Provide a high level of customer service to clients • Ensure open communications are well developed and nurtured between yourself, managers, & other CIF volunteers. • Promote the organisation
• Accountable in collecting payments • Answering to client inquiries in a friendly manner • Providing information about the raffle • Taking phone calls from customers • All the distribution channels are well managed to the best ability

General duties

• Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards clients and volunteers and a clean and professional appearance
• Respect all equipment and property and use with care to avoid unnecessary damage • Attend meetings, as required • Assist in developing a strong team philosophy within the company • Work collaboratively to exceed clients’ expectations • Keep work areas tidy and clean • All other duties as assigned • Undertake the responsibilities of the position adhering to:
