Our busy Prairiewood team are looking for a volunteer to assist with our Active Youth EP Group which allows participants aged 13-25 to engage in group exercise physiology classes with their peers.

These small groups as facilitated by ESSA accredited exercise physiologists and involve specific exercise focused on individual goals in a group environment. Your role will involve following the instructions from the exercise physiologist and to assist the clients with their exercises.

This environment is fun and engaging allowing individuals to interact and build strong social connections whilst keeping fit and strong!

Who is this program for?

Teens and young adults aged 13-25 years Participants looking to increase their health and fitness in a group environment Participants who are able to independently follow an individual program (or with the support of a carer) Days Available: Monday or Friday (During School Terms)

Time: 3.45pm – 5.15pm

As part of CPA's Policies all staff and volunteers must show proof of full Covid vaccination including the booster within 6 months of 2nd dose.
