Job Description • At the start of the shift, check your area, cull and tidy, as this assists with stock rotation.

• Ensure all clothing is clean, stain-free, zips are in working condition without holes and well-presented before hanging on rack, or in baskets.

• Check inside of bags for money and ensure bags are in good condition.

• Check to ensure that shoes are clean and without worn heels.

• Ensure that all bric-a-brac is clean, not chipped, well presented and priced.

• Ensure that craft items are suitably packaged.

• Place excess books, puzzles and games in the rag shed.

• Learn about recycling clothing options.

• Monitor and rectify any health and safety concerns withing the premises.

• Work according to all TSA policies, procedures and site processes.
