Each week have two telephone calls per week with Land of Welcome members to discuss their “Inventory Of Their Personal Project Goals” helping them to feel supported, energised and focused.

Whilst also receiving the same support yourself.

Ask members our “six put their interest’s first questions” each week to enable us to adjust appropriately and we can look after our members so they feel safe, supported and confident.

Assist our members to progress through Marcus Buckingham’s Twelve Questions to assist and guide the most talented volunteers/ members. From his book “First Break all the Rules - What Great Managers Know and Do Differently”.

It will increase your level of personal reward and conviction by first of all yourself working through the document "Getting Ready For Action To Serve Culturally Diverse Australians Creating & Sharing An Inventory Of Your Personal Goals".

After you have gone through our excel project list to choose projects you yourself would most like to take action on,

That may just be the two projects LOW member training Project Fundamentals

Or it may be front line projects serving people with a lived or family experience of seeking asylum.

Nothing happens without having our own community members know their cared about and supported by other Land of Welcome members, knowing their working with committed team members they can rely on.

How can they rely on our ability as a team to support culturally diverse Australians unless their first experiencing it themselves.

Responsibilities and Duties ● Talk through the document “Getting Ready For Action To Serve Culturally Diverse Australians Creating & Sharing An Inventory Of Your Personal Goals ”with them. ● Help them work through how they wish to take action on their personal contribution goals. ● Be aware of whether their wishing to assist their local members on a project that may or may not be one of their preferred projects. ● Read and be aware of other member’s inventory of goals, to assist them to reach out to others they can collaborate with or put them in touch with others already taking action on that project. ● Develop productive relationships. Objectives ● Maintain energy and commitment levels with each member ● Average 2x 10—15 minute telephone conversations per week ● Maintain an energised and positive working environment.
