HR/Business Management Coordinator

A varied role, setting up frameworks and shaping Epilepsy Queensland’s HR, including WHS and Quality Management System processes. Our current policies and processes are over engineered for the size of our organization and we are looking to develop an appropriate, simplified framework consistent with our organization.

Responsibilities and Duties • Draft and update relevant policies, processes, and frameworks • Update and develop Success Profiles (Position Descriptions) • Update and develop Document Control Register • Review and develop Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) framework • Design and implement WHS framework & processes • Ad hoc projects

Desirable skills, knowledge and attributes • 2nd or 3rd year student or a HR/People & Culture expert with the capacity to give back to the community • A sound understanding of HR practices including writing policies & procedures
• Excellent administration skills with good attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) is desirable, not essential • The ability to embrace Epilepsy Queensland’s vision and values.
