The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of The Ashburton Community Centre.

The Ashburton Community Centre is a busy centre located next to the library in High St Ashburton. Our Centre has 5 rooms which are used for a range of activities and are especially busy during week-day mornings. We are seeking a volunteer to support our office team with setting the rooms up prior to the Centre opening.

Duties include:

• moving and opening mobile tables
• setting up chairs
• wiping down surfaces
• other related tasks

This role may suit someone local to Ashburton.
We are looking for assistance across Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 9.30am during school terms.
