The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of Pied Piper Toy Library.

Have you been thinking of giving back to your community? Pied Piper Toy Library is seeking a new secretary to carry out all secretarial duties of the toy library. You’ll be joining the great team that helps operate the toy library.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working alongside the President to set the meeting agenda
• Manage meetings (including the AGM) and decide on next actions
• Send notice of Committee meetings including agenda and minutes of the previous meeting to all Committee members, and type minutes
• Be the record keeper of various lists and registers

Pied Piper Toy Library is dedicated to inspiring the young minds of our future, connecting parents with their children through play, and reducing excessive toy waste. We would LOVE to hear from you if you share our passion for awesome toys, supporting young families & reducing our environmental footprint. We love new ideas & energy, so you will have autonomy to shape your volunteer role into what you want it to be!

You'll become part of our energetic volunteer committee of management and help provide fresh ideas to make our toy library even more amazing than it is already! Committee meetings are held online on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 8-9pm.
