EOIs - COVID-19 Esperance Community Support Volunteer

Shire of Esperance

At this stage, no spontaneous volunteer roles have been announced for the Esperance region, but we are taking the proactive approach in order to be prepared in the event that assistance is necessary.

We currently do not have specific requirements for the volunteer roles, but they will include tasks such as:

  • collecting groceries or other essentials for households that are self-isolating; or
  • participating in social phone calls with people in isolation that may not have friends or family available to speak to.

All roles will be non-contact.

The Shire of Esperance will be acting as the official agency overseeing the coordination of COVID-19 Esperance Community Support Volunteers.

If you want to be contacted when these volunteer roles are announced, please click the green 'Express Interest' button found on this page.

In the notes section on the pop-up, please indicate whether you:

  • Have a C Class Drivers Licence
  • Are willing to get a Police Clearance (we will organise this if necessary)
  • Have additional useful skills/equipment that you feel could be utilised.

All volunteers will need to prove they are up to date with their COVID vaccinations by providing a current vaccination certificate.

You can not apply for this role as it is no longer available.
