Volunteer to change lives. Yours included. This volunteer opportunity will help to Support our Respite Center in Yeppoon to provide transport support to our respite clients as well as contribute their time towards our men's shed respite group once a week

This role is well suited for an enthusiastic person who loves a laugh and is looking to make a difference in people's lives in their community. We are looking for a unique individual who will provide support in picking and dropping Respite clients as well as assist with running our men's shed group.

Fun and social atmosphere for clients and staff. Our respite clients are from the community and the local Blue Care residential facility. You will be working alongside a Respite team leader and a PC

Tasks involved include: ▪ Assist with pick up and drop off of clients ▪ Interaction with clients both on bus and in activities with guidance from the Respite team leader ▪ Assist with program planning for the Men's shed group with guidance from the Respite team leader

Skills Required: ▪ Good communication skills ▪ Knowledge of Capricorn Coast roads and routes ▪ Patient & responsible and have an understanding manner ▪ Excellent customer service skills ▪ LR license required to drive our Bus
