• Coach and manage a small group of volunteers • Demonstrate willingness and ability to engage in clear verbal conversations of a non-judgmental nature with vulnerable people ;

• Have the willingness to co-learn with the people we are there to support, how to source information on the internet, and problem solve an individual’s digital and employment needs;

• Adhere to all safety and operational procedures;

• Offer a minimum of 3 hours per week which is the typical duration of each shift
