Maintenance Support
Greenvale Tennis Club IncHelpful Skills and Experience: - • Volunteers should like working with their hands. • Helpful to have general knowledge of using cleaning equipment (for example, using a gurney). • Some experience with low entry maintenance: cleaning windows, raking, sweeping. • Some experience with hand tools and specialty tools. • Ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively. • Good problem-solving skills. • Good interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Desire to support our Club’s goals and mission.
Volunteer Duties: - • Duties will require some walking, bending, and carrying depending on duties assigned. • Keeping the grounds tidy including weeding, raking leaves, general maintenance of the courts. • General property maintenance such as basic carpentry (fixing shelves, hinges, doors), basic plumbing, and minor repairs to equipment. • Report any major issues that require repair to the Club President • Other duties as assigned by the President and/or committee.
Volunteer hours: - Work can be flexible with a minimum 1-2 hours per week or as negotiated.
