Office Administration Support
Motor Neurone Disease Association Of Queensland Inc.
Tasks: • Answer incoming phone calls • Prepare outgoing mail • Collation of brochure information packs • Data entry to multiple platforms • Scanning and filing documents • Compile stationary order • Conduct monthly compliance checks (i.e. first aid kits) • Stocktake of merchandise and PPE • Re-organise and sorting of general office items • Other general office admin as required
Required: • Customer service experience • Polite and friendly phone manner • Ability to communicate with empathy • Attention to detail • Highly organised • Accurate data entry • Proficient using Outlook, MS Word and Excel
