We are currently seeking volunteers to help at our Kids’ Camp programs. Our much-loved Kids’ Camps give children 4-13 years old facing cancer the chance to be kids again. Kids experience time away from their parents, with friends who understand, new adventures and fun and optimism, to help build resilience, and life skills.

Camp Quality is proud to have over 1,200 volunteers nationwide, with each one being integral to our mission to ensure kids impacted by cancer have the chance to be kids again. Passionate, excited, and committed, our volunteers are here to foster fun, in supportive environments at our programs. Our volunteers make a real difference – and you could too!

Our most well-known programs are our Kids Camps, with our volunteers committing to attend a minimum of one of these a year, with other opportunities including Family Camps, Family Fun Days and Family Experiences.

Being a Camp Quality volunteer means being involved in a life-changing experience where you will learn new skills, meet life-long friends and positively impact the lives of children facing cancer.

Camp Quality has also recognised the need for a new kids program that supports children facing a parent’s diagnosis, our KICC families. These camps allow children to make friendships with others in a similar situation and have a break from what can be a frightening reality.

There are a number of different roles you can undertake on our programs including being a Companion to the children, assisting as a Rover, helping your fellow volunteers as a Companion Support Officer or leading the camp on the Leadership Committee or as a Camp Leader.
