Reception Volunteers
U3A Gold Coast Inc.Pleasant, bright office conditions in the heart of Southport.
The Reception Volunteers will be required to be at our reception desk for 3.5 hours. There is a 15 minute handover between shifts included in this time. They are our front line when it comes to dealing with walk-ins, phone or email enquiries about our courses.
Tasks will include:
- Managing new membership applications and renewal of memberships
- Managing EFTPOS transactions
- Photocopying
- Light office and general administrative duties
Basic computer skills are necessary as well as a professional approach, good interpersonal skills and clear communication skills. Dependability and punctuality. Our Reception Volunteers will report to our Office Manager who reports to our President.
