We are looking for a Canteen Operator to prepare food for at-risk and vulnerable young people at our Youth Futures Community Schools. We have two vacancies, one in our Clarkson school and one in our Caversham school. The responsibilities of the role include: Creating and serving delicious, healthy meals for young people attending our schools; Working in a small kitchen environment; Adhering to kitchen food health and safety requirements and following quality standards for food hygiene; Inventory control, ordering and menu planning; Friendly and professional communication with young people and staff; Being proactive and able to think on your feet; and plann! ing and organisation.
