The Coffee Brigade has been serving those in need in Brisbane for over 50 years. Our van goes to 4 stops around Brisbane 365 days a year. A van team is made up of 2-3 volunteers each day that serve food (sandwiches, fruit, snacks) and hot drinks (coffee, tea, soups).

Volunteering with us a great chance to meet new people, bring connection to others that are truly in need and is an incredible way to start your day! A normal shift consists of:

• 6am arrival, getting the van packed and prepped for the run
• Handing out sandwiches and other fruit/snacks, and serving coffee from our urns
• Arriving back at HQ around 8.30am for cleaning and pack up, anticipated finish is between 9am-9.15am

We welcome volunteers who hold an open drivers license and are willing to learn the van run, but welcome those that can't too. We also require all van volunteers be over 18.
