Events Coordinator
CorethicsResponsibilities
- Contribute to event strategies to achieve fundraising targets
- Lead, inspire, and mentor events team
- Monitor event goals and ensure progress goals are met
- Liaise/collaborate with, but not limited, social media, public relations, website, fundraising and/or volunteer coordinators to fulfil event goals
- Delegate tasks to events team and provide assistance weekly
- Identify any recruitment gaps and advise Volunteer Coordinators
- Break Even Point and tracking analytics to achieve fundraising targets and taking action to ensure goals are met
- Prepare event report for stakeholders following the event
Requirements
- Previous experience in events, marketing, or fundraising an advantage
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on goals according to targets
- Excellent multitasking and task prioritisation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Level headed, approachable, and professional
- 8-10 hours per week commitment
- Can volunteer virtually or in-person Newcastle or Sydney
