Ipswich City Orchestras is an emerging arts organisation based in Ipswich, Queensland servicing the regional areas of Ipswich, Somerset, Lockyer Valley and Scenic Rim.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our small, dedicated team and help us achieve our sponsorship and fundraising potential.

As the Fundraising & Sponsorship Co-ordinator, your main focus will be raising funds to ensure the ongoing ability of the organisation to conduct its activities.

Essential: • Excellent personal presentation, written and verbal communication skills • Ability to pro-actively connect and develop relationships with people from all walks of life • Ability to work well both in a team and autonomously • Dependable, reliable and able to commit to the time requirement • Intermediate computer skills • Ability to work from home, with internet access • Working With Children Blue Card (or be eligible to obtain)

Highly Regarded: • Experience with sponsorship/philanthropic agreements and fundraising • Experience in administration, record-keeping and reporting • Experience in a not-for-profit environment • Interest in learning and a strong desire to increase skills through self-learning
