Key Responsibilities • Defines our product strategy and approach to innovation • Ensures alignment of our programs and products to our strategic purpose • Provides management oversight of the Product Development Program • Review the performance of existing programs/products • Prioritises the product development program (for new products) and evolution/retirement (of existing products) • Manages our innovation program and how we engage the Board, the team and our partners • Ensures that decision-making and optimisation of activities are based on (quality) data.

Qualifications and Requirements • Proven work as a product development manager or senior project manager with at least 10 years’ product/project management experience • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s qualification in a business management, project management or a related field • Ability to lead multi-functional project teams in a complex work environment • Excellent project management and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills.
