The club is seeking expression of interest for the roles of Council Members (seven positions) and the President of the club for one year term commencing from 20 March 2022. The primary role of the President is to provide visionary and strategic leadership and direction and, in collaboration with the Council Members including two Vice Presidents, run the operations of the club. The current President will complete his term in March 2022. Experience of working with not for profit environmental organisations in Western Australia is highly desirable. The primary role of the Councillors is to engage in leadership and coordination roles in different areas of club activities including but not limited to marketing, social media, young naturalists, fundraising, events management, policy making, club membership management, etc. Interested candidates are encouraged to email their expression of interest and a copy of CV to Dr Shashi Sharma (president@wanaturalists.org.au) before 20 January 2022.
