The program

Red Cross Emergency Services provides the Telecross REDi program during extreme heat events when the predicted average daily temperature is above 32°C for 3 or more consecutive days. You will know how to recognise issues and concerns and provide clients with appropriate support and reassurance. You will be able to maintain accurate records of all calls using allocated call sheets and follow organisational procedures.

Experience working in customer service, call centres, aged care or clients with disabilities will be a bonus but is not necessary.
