  1. Assist with the oversight of the Chenrezig budget, through use of the Xero accounting package,
  2. Carry out the banking processes
  3. Check cash/eftpos reconciliations for the retail areas of Chenrezig
  4. Co-ordinate the preparation and uploading of invoices for approval and payment
  5. Ensure the Manager, Finance & Administration is abreast of on-site developments in the relevant Finance, Administration and InfoTech areas.
  6. Provide staff with general administrative assistance,
  7. Maintain the Google Workspace platform in the Manager, Finance & Administration absence
  8. Answer enquiries by suppliers and staff, in the absence of the Manager, Finance & Administration,
  9. Liaise with the Treasurer as required.
