Finance / Administration Officer - Eudlo
Chenrezig Institute- Assist with the oversight of the Chenrezig budget, through use of the Xero accounting package,
- Carry out the banking processes
- Check cash/eftpos reconciliations for the retail areas of Chenrezig
- Co-ordinate the preparation and uploading of invoices for approval and payment
- Ensure the Manager, Finance & Administration is abreast of on-site developments in the relevant Finance, Administration and InfoTech areas.
- Provide staff with general administrative assistance,
- Maintain the Google Workspace platform in the Manager, Finance & Administration absence
- Answer enquiries by suppliers and staff, in the absence of the Manager, Finance & Administration,
- Liaise with the Treasurer as required.
