This is an exciting opportunity to nurture a meaningful environment in which guests are supported in their daily interactions, with opportunities to be creative in engaging guests through activities and one on one discussions to enrich their daily experience.

All volunteering is conducted within COVID safe guidelines.

The Guest Relations & Engagement Volunteer is supported by the Rev. Bill Crews Foundation’s Head of Community Engagement and Events in conducting tasks that include but are not limited to:

*Providing guests with their basic needs services, such as towels and toiletries, emergency food parcels, after hours meals & emergency clothing

*Create opportunities for meaningful engagement and connections

*Promote BCF groups, activities and events

*Access and connections to internal support and services

*Information to external services and support enquiries

*Basic individual daily support

*Conduct community engagement activities i.e. Games

*General enquiries from guests and broader community

*Create and foster a professional working environment

*Maintain a professional & confidential service and support
