Volunteers undertake a variety of duties which include:

Serving customers and assisting with customer enquiries Accepting donations and thanking donors Pricing and/or hanging stock Merchandising of stock General store tidying

Vinnies provides initial on the job training, including how to operate the cash register and Eftpos machine. This position could be an opportunity to gain customer service skills or utilise your existing skill set to help others. If you are an individual who works well in a team, is friendly, honest, hard working and would enjoy working in a retail environment, this could be the position for you.
