Hallam Kalora Park Cricket Club are the premier sporting club of the South Eastern Suburbs. The Hallam Kalora Park Cricket Club is seeking a manager to run out Bar/Canteen for the cricket season.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage Bar and Canteen services for all functions and events as required • Coordinate bar / canteen staff and rosters • Plan and prepare bar and canteen requirements for training sessions, game day as well as occasional functions. • Manage inventory levels and purchase of supplies, food and beverages • Minimise Wastage and maximise Profits within Club Budgets and guidelines • End of day reconciliation of takings and variances • Cyclical Stock counts
• Ensure appropriate licences are held by Club and displayed as required. • Manage the sale of liquor in accordance with the provisions of the Liquor Control Commission licence as held by the Club. • Implement the Club Responsible Management of Alcohol policy. • Assist other Committee members in their duties as required. • Undertake tasks at the request of the President or committee members Hours of operation during the cricket season are • Thursday 5pm – 9pm • Saturdays 11am - 9pm

Suited to over 55 Volunteers looking to meet their ongoing mutual obligations. Previous bar or food service experience preferred.

RSA certificate required, and can be obtain via completing an online course, after initial induction has been complete.
