Volunteers of Glen Eira is a Volunteer Resource Centre assisting people in finding a volunteering role that suits their interests, skills and suitability.

We are looking for volunteers to conduct online and face-to-face interviews with prospective volunteers to identify suitable volunteering options.

Attend to phone calls, email and face-to-face enquiries from the general public.

Complete data entry of information regarding volunteers and community organisations.

YOU WILL HAVE:

• A genuine interest in helping people identify volunteering options in the community.
• Willingness to participate in team meetings and training programs as required
• Good computer knowledge and skills

An Advantage : Experience with interviewing clients. - Experience in customer service. - Second language an advantage - Local knowledge of organisations and services would help, but not mandatory
