The KBA COVID Marshall will help ensure that KBA maintains a COVID Safe environment when undertaking events at the Kyneton Sports and Aquatic Centre.

The role includes:

• Checking COVID Safe compliance of all players, spectators, officials, and volunteers on entry to a KBA event
• Keeping abreast of the Basketball Victoria Return to Sport guidelines
• Assisting KBA Committee to ensure that the KBA Return to Sport plan is up to date
• Following KBA COVID cleaning plans for all equipment used during the event
• Maintaining appropriate COVID Safer participant numbers within the facility space in use

Please note that the COVID Safe requirements will generally be set by the Victorian Government and Basketball Victoria. It is possible that these requirements will include full COVID vaccination. This role will be required to check vaccination certification of all all participants entering the facility during the event.

The changing nature of the COVID landscape and government requirements will mean that this role will be an agile role and vitally important to the KBA basketball program.

Ideally, you will like Basketball and be able to watch some fun games whilst helping to keep KBA and all of its members safe.
