Expression of Interest - Bunkhouse Leaders

Come be a mentor and friend to a young person throughout our multiple day camping adventures! Volunteers play an integral part in helping Wirraway to run Musters throughout the year. Musters are our holiday program aimed at various ages of young people ranging from 10-17 years. Our aim is to provide an environment for young people to grow, learn, have fun, and make friendships. Without volunteers, such as yourselves, we wouldn’t be able to run successful and impactful camps and provide as many opportunities for young people. Expect the beautiful scenery of the Adelaide Hills, the opportunity to form meaningful relationships, and a lot of fun!

 We look for Volunteers with the following attributes:

• Ability to have fun, spark meaningful conversation and work as a team
• Member of a local church
• Ability to volunteer during a school holiday week Monday-Friday (stay onsite overnight)

Specific requirements:

• A valid DHS Working with Children Check
• A valid National Police Check

Please note that Baptist Care SA will assist approved applicants to obtain these checks/certificates free of charge.
