genU supports and maintains care relationships between carers and clients by providing respite and support for carers of frail, older people (over 65 years), including those with dementia.

The Lodge is a respite service which provides a much needed break for primary carers looking after their loved ones at home. Participants enjoy activities designed to develop, maintain or support independent living and social interaction.

Volunteers can offer assistance with fun activities, or spend time with guests 1:1.

We are seeking a volunteer to support our ageing clients with outdoor activities! Such as planting, weeding and picking flowers in our large outdoor gardens with seating and shade.
