The program

Our Migration Support Programs (MSP) provide help and support to refugees, people seeking asylum, immigration detainees, families separated by conflict, war and disaster, and other people who are vulnerable as a result of migration. We do this through a range of services and programs that protect and uphold the health, dignity and wellbeing of vulnerable migrants. The opportunity

The admin support volunteer provides quality administration support to Migration Support Programs. This includes general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, printing, scanning and mail outs. It also includes supporting short term projects such as information sessions, dental screenings, and Christmas gift distribution preparation. Creating, updating, and maintaining accurate database records is an essential part of this role.

From time to time you will assist with survey data tracking and research available job opportunities for the newsletter that is provided to employment program participants.

Maintaining confidentiality of information obtained while completing administration tasks is important.

People from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply. The impact
