Sunshine Coast Regional Council ✔The Technology Help Volunteer has the following responsibilities: • Provide one-on-one technology instruction and assistance • Support hands on learning by the student on personal or library devices • Liaise with library employees regarding the sessions • Promote this service to the community • Refer students to relevant Library resources and training to support practice in between training sessions The Technology Help Volunteer should possess the following attributes: • High level of technology knowledge • Patience and understanding of different skill levels of students • Good communication skills • Enjoy social interaction • Reliable • Ability to maintain student confidentiality
