Volunteer Administrator/Reception - Newcastle Hub
Wesley MissionWesley Community Hub Newcastle is looking for a motivated individual with good computer and communication skills to help with various administrative and reception duties in their Newcastle West office. Duties will include welcoming clients, answering phones and logging calls, data entry, photocopying, filing and various other office duties.
Duties include:
- Customer service (face to face and via phone)
- work with Wesley Hub staff to ensure client needs are met
- Reception and general office tasks
- Data entry and record keeping
