We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our tight-knit team in our Sunshine Coast office, in a casual role, one day a week. Perfect for those looking for a flexible workplace, to work around family and lifestyle.

Social media strategy – You will be required to deliver amazing content, conversions and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and others.

Content planning, creating and publishing – A large component of this role will be planning and coordinating video, photo and content shoots. Copywriting – You will have excellent attention to detail, strong skills in grammar/spelling/punctuation and a keen understanding of branded tone of voice to be applied within social media, blogs and EDMs.

Communications - Respond to messages, comments, and feedback consistent with our brand voice, in conjunction with having acquired good demonstrable product knowledge. Creative campaign brainstorming – You’ll always be paying attention to what other brands are doing in the market, and be a creative thinker who can come up with exciting and fresh social media marketing ideas to bring to the table.

Desired Skills / Technical Qualifications: Minimum 1 years experience in a marketing role Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Tertiary qualifications in design, communication and/or marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail Team-player looking for a long-term role to grow in Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to balance work priorities to meet tight deadlines A high level of professionalism and a positive attitude is a must.
