About the Event

Corethics will host its Waste 4 Wealth Fundraiser Event on Saturday 11th December 2021 from 5.00 pm - 9.00 pm. All proceeds go toward bringing innovative technology and education to communities in Bali, Indonesia to overcome toxic chemical pollution impacting both People + our Planet. For further details of the event head to our website and stay up to date via our Facebook and Instagram accounts. General admission $55 and concession $25. Raffle tickets are $5 each. Only double vaccinated guests can attend.

Pre-Event Invitations out, public relations, email communications, text blasts, media releases, event advertising

Raffle Create and maintain our raffle sponsor relationships, data collection, and customer service. Sell raffle tickets and promote raffle.

Event Volunteers 3.00-6.00pm - Set up, arrivals desk sign-in register, meet & greet, sight vaccination certificates, covid-safe check in, moving furniture, and preparing the space with chairs, tables, merchandise.

6.00-9.00pm - roving event, helping clean, stock, assist guests, help presenters, enjoy film, enjoy Q&A

9.00-9.30pm - pack down (departures desk) moving furniture back into original position, clean, pack down merchandise table, pull down all signage.

• All volunteers must hold a current (or willing to obtain prior to the event) Working With Children Check (free online application)
• Evidence of double vaccination
