This role will include: • Checking on guests to ensure they have everything they need to make their stay comfortable • Replenishing refreshment supplies • General light cleaning and tidying up so that units are welcoming for our new guests • Assisting guests with general information about the facility and the local Birtinya area • Noting any maintenance issues or damage to the units and reporting to office • Generally ensuring guests feel welcome and are having a comfortable stay
