They appreciate that Volunteers have many skills & life experiences that can assist in enhancing the quality of life of their residents by creating opportunities for them to blossom.

Any time you give is valuable, be it 3 days a week or a few hours per month.

They have the following Health & Wellness roles waiting to be filled:

• Supporting exercise groups run by our fitness instructor • Assisting lifestyle teams with fun fitness activities and walking groups • Encouraging residents to engage in safe, effective and simple exercises to improve balance, strength and mobility
