The Ipswich Hospital Volunteer program encompasses varying levels of participation and is a structured and regular commitment involving minimum 4 hourly shifts, on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.

Rehabilitation Program Assistants need to be:

• Comfortable working with people who have thinking and memory impairments • Respectful and caring manner • Motivation and flexibility • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team • Ability to follow guidance of staff • Effective communication skills • Reliable and punctual
