We are governed and guided by our Board of Directors, who bring a breadth of experience and skills from diverse professional backgrounds. The Board’s work, from setting organizational strategy through to ensuring its effective implementation, directly shapes our capacity for impact and future growth. You’ll play a key role in the governance of the organisation, serving as a custodian of our mission and values, and ensuring compliance and effective risk management. We’re looking for someone who: • Has a passion for promoting the multicultural arts • Values world peace • Prioritises diversity and inclusivity within organisations • Strives to always work with humility and integrity • Works collaboratively, to facilitate effective and informed collective decision-making • Has experience in non-profit governance or executive leadership • Has experience mentoring and/or coaching As a member of Planetary Healing Artists' Board, you will be responsible for: • Ensuring organisational compliance with statutory governance obligations • Organisational adherence to Planetary Healing Artists' Constitution, and alignment of strategy with its vision, mission and values • Supporting Planetary Healing Artists' programs and initiatives • Consistent Board meeting attendance and timely offline engagement • Supporting performance management and success • We also strongly encourage women, people of colour and ability diverse candidates to apply Commitment: • Minimum three-year term • Ranging from approximately two to three hours per week. The Board meets monthly, in Albert Park or virtually depending on health regulations at the time.
