Job Description:

The volunteer role will mostly be working with counselling members to assist with granting permissions to various folders in the Mandala Google Drive. There are different folders on the Google Drive that have different levels of access and privacy, depending on the content and subject matter held within as well as client confidentiality. The IT Officer will grant permissions to these folders based upon the new volunteers needs and the direction of senior management. Other tasks include making updates to the website plugins, ensuring the website is fully operational etc.

The three main areas of expertise will be Google Drive (most important), WordPress (medium importance) and cPanel (least important).

Skills Required:

• Google Suite • Basic WordPress & Divi builder • Basic CSS & HTML • Google Analytics • Basic understanding of cPanel and web hosting
