AusPIPS Inc. is a collective of people who have had a Primary Immune Deficiency (PID) diagnosis along with parents of children who have had the same. AusPIPS also has supporters who have no personal connection to PID.
AusPIPS Inc. formed to meet a very clear need in Australia — for a patient-led organisation to be able to provide Advocacy, Support and Education for people who have a PID diagnosis, and secondary chronic medical conditions, along with their carers.
The Opportunity

This position will require you to oversee and manage the development and implementation of Grants for the Association. You will work closely with the President, Vice President and Board members to develop an effective targeted engagement strategy, to guide streamline and maximise support from state and federal governments.
You will develop funding proposals and tenders, presentations and project reports against an agreed annual plan for government and non-government grants, including community grants.
About You
- You will have a strong and proven track record in grants and submission writing for not profit health sector organisations
- Your analytical and writing skills are second to none and you have a strong track record in delivering within the health and medical services sector
Role Criteria
Essential:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a dynamic national group with minimal supervision
- Ability to identify, analyse, approach and develop various grant and funding avenues and opportunities using a range of marketing strategies
- Experience in negotiating sponsorship agreements and/or other formal partnerships essential.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in grant writing within a Not for Profit, health charity environment
- Tertiary qualifications in business administration or grant writing

Interest in, and understanding of, issued faced by individuals, families and parents regarding Primary Immune Deficiency (PID)
