Founded in 2017 by Melissa McCabe, Corethics is an independent not-for-profit established to create sustainable and thriving communities in the developing world.
We partner with trusted community organisations working on the ground to tackle some of the most complex issues affecting human society and the environment.
Our Bali, Indonesia Program consists of two projects: Water for Bali and Waste 4 Wealth. #waterforbali addresses the devastating depleting water sources on the Island of the Gods. In partnership with IDEP Foundation, we are able to replenish water, provide water stewardship education, and raise public awareness. #waste4wealth tackles an "invisible" threat to human and environmental health - toxic chemical pollution from industry. Through circular wastewater treatment solutions, innovation can transform communities free from the edges of poverty.
About the role
We are looking for passionate and motivated website design volunteers to help bring our campaigns alive! This is a remote position and we welcome applicants from across the world. We currently have 4 positions on offer.

Working at the direction of the Social Media Strategist and CEO and with the support of our Volunteer Coordinators, website design volunteers will create and edit content for our website, and recommend best practices for our NationBuilder platform. You won’t be starting from scratch! We already have a plan for what we need and welcome a keen collaborator for the role. We are looking for an experienced web designer who can get our website up to speed while offering ad-hoc assistance ongoing.
This role will require you to allocate around 5-10 hours per week depending on your expertise. You will share the workload with 3 other volunteers to ensure you keep your work-life in balance.
