Tasks

Consistently: • keeping track of our general account for memberships, conference registrations etc; • completing a monthly financial report and attending the monthly Zoom meeting for the Committee;

  • prepare other reports as needed eg the Annual Statement for the ACNC • being available for phone call consultations; • completing an annual Financial Statement for the AGM, including record keeping for the Anthology bank account; • delivering a verbal report at the online Annual General Meeting. • organising receipts to people registering for the June conference, and recording their registrations.

Occasionally:
• providing financial advice to the Committee.

Potentially: • paying monies for venue hire etc, though in practice that is usually done by the Committee member who has arranged the purchase.
