What this volunteer role looks like

• Assisting clients of this program in several different ways, including:

• Dog walking

• Transportation to and from the vet

• Pet grooming and/or medicating pets

• In-home feeding of animals (if owner is hospital, in respite or other short-term absences)

• Temporary emergency boarding of pets if the owner is hospitalised, or unable to have the animal in their home

• Comply with all Work Health and Safety (WHS) guidelines

• Understand and comply with RSPCA NSW policies and procedures, including the Confidentiality Agreement

RSPCA NSW is a registered COVID Safe organisation, and follows NSW Health warnings and precautions in regards to our staff, volunteers, visitors and daily practices.
