Volunteer Coordinator
DonateDirect LtdVolunteer Coordinators have the role of overseeing the management of the Donations App, ensuring that donations of material aid are properly matched to people in need, and that processes and procedures are being followed by the volunteer team. The role involves coordinating and managing other volunteers who are helping to run the organisation, including organising the rostering and logistics of team management.
Key skills:
- Good admin skills and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a team
- Skills in management and rostering of staff
- In-depth knowledge of spreadsheets (google, excel, etc) to manage data
- Ability to use shared email systems
- Good IT knowledge (eg., ability to use back ends of websites
- Ability to work with mail merge / CRM programs.
- Prior experience working in not for profit sector would be an advantage
