Join the Cooby Cares team! Be part of an organisation that feeds the community through distributing food boxes and essential items to those who need support. As the Sausage Sizzle Coordinator, you will be responsible for organising a small monthly sausage sizzle. 90% of the role can be done from home.

Monthly sausages sizzles are held outside of Optimal Pharmacy in Coolbelup. Local Businesses support the event each month by donating $150.

Main Duties include: Ordering sausages, buns and other incidentals Finding a monthly sponsor Coordinating a roster Other duties to support the sausage sizzle

By volunteering in this role you will gain experience in managing rosters, coordinating people, ordering stock and working as part of a small team.

About Cooby Cares: Cooby Cares is a volunteer run charity based in Cockburn, operating since 2016. We deliver food, toiletries, cleaning products, bed linen, towels and baby products across Cockburn, Fremantle and Melville.

Food boxes are filled with items donated by the public or purchased with money donated by the public. On average, we deliver 100 food boxes per month, plus the other items, with approximately 10 being to new households each month.
