The volunteer IT Technicians help refurbish devices to provide to the needy in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Test computer software, peripherals, hardware for functionality and compatibility
• Document test findings
• Ability to solve problems individually or as part of a team
• Liaise with clients as required
• Follow policies and procedures to support team members

• Related experience with computers with moderate IT skills.
